(processor type and speed, amount of RAM, make and model of computer, etc.) What kind of graphics card are you using? Happens both when started directly from Steam, and when loaded using the SteamVR dashboard.ĭoes the issue happen every time you follow the above steps or only some of the time?Įvery time for me, even after reinstalling the program and trying 2 computers. Log in under my username and start TheWaveVR. What are the exact steps you could take to make the issue happen again? However, when my friend logged in under his steam account, the Wave worked fine. The problem was present on both computers. I've tried it on 2 different PCs and always see this issue.
I've experience this issue every time I've loaded TheWaveVR. SteamVR dashboard still works fine during this point, and TheWaveVR looks like it's running fine too (I don't see any "Not responding") but the screen remains black. When those fade out after about 10 seconds, the screen remains black forever and doesn't load anything else. I see the "Hello, Thank you for." message with the light trails in a circle.
